Included in this magnificent box, which dates from the 1930's, are twelve individually labelled Hardy boxes which all contain 1 x dozen of the correct corresponding flies with their original labels attached.

There is no doubt that this box, and its contents, were purchased for a trip that either never happened or were simply forgotten.

The condition of the flies, when you consider that these are approximately 90 years old, is outstanding and could easily argue that they are still in their purchased condition.
